Ethereal Clothing Terms and Conditions

Returning an Item to us:

If you are unhappy with your new purchase we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.

Please make sure you return the item unused and in its original packing and return within 14 days of purchase.

 

Easy steps in the process:

  • Email us straight away with your concern and any photo you have of the issue: sales@etherealclothing.com.au
  • Please send with an invoice copy to:

  • In your package, please include a letter with a short description on why you are returning the article and sign the bottom.
  • Let us know in that letter whether you would like a replacement or a refund of the price of the product.
  • Items that have been used, worn or altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
  • If you would like a replacement item, you will have to pay the cost of shipping.
  • Please note that items on sale or part of a promotional deal are not able to be returned.

Direct Bank Deposit

 

If you are using a credit card, it will be charge when you confirm your order in our secure shopping cart system. If Ethereal Clothing are not able to complete your order for any reason, we will refund your credit card the amount of the invoice.

Postage turn around

Upon successful completion of the order process, we ship within 48 hours – we want you to get your gear as soon as possible!

Australia Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL

 

Order Tracking

If there is a tracking number provided,  we will include the details in your order.

 

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated by weight, size and your location. We are constantly trying to provide the best quality service at the best price and will continually update our shipping prices accordingly. Shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart before the completion of the order, should you not wish to proceed you must cancel the order at that time.

 

Back Orders

If there is an item in your order that is not in stock and which goes into back order, we will send you an email advising you of this and request whether you would like to proceed or not. If you are bulk buying, you can decide to have any part of the order that is available immediately, and have the remainder on backorder posted to you as soon as it is ready at no extra cost to yourself.
